توصل الباحثون في جامعة كامبريدج إلى أن الجرعة المناسبة من النوم هي 7 ساعات بالتمام والكمال،
يسبب النوم الكثير الأضرار الصحية التالية: زيادة خطر الإصابة بالسكري. زيادة خطر الإصابة بالسمنة. الصداع، بسبب اضطراب مستويات السيروتونين.
وبتالي فيجب علينا الحفاظ على كميات الساعات للنوم .
